Are the hotel rates reflected on the website for per room or per person?
All room rates displayed on website are on per room basis.
Rates are in Singapore Dollars and subject to further 10% service charge and 9% tax.
Does my room reservation require any guarantee?
Yes, a valid credit card is required to guarantee and to process any online bookings.
Reservation is considered as invalid if the guarantee policy is not fulfilled.
Can I place or make payment for my reservation using my debit card?
No, our hotel is unable to accept payment by debit card.
How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
For bookings made through our hotel's website, please refer to the terms and conditions/sales term stated on the booking confirmation.
If the package booked is not on prepaid or non-refundable terms, you may cancel the booking via our hotel's website according to the term of booking placed by you.
For bookings made through other channels, kindly refer or make your cancellation request via your source of booking.
Can I amend my reservations? Is there any penalty fee?
For bookings made through our hotel's website, please refer to the terms and conditions/sales term stated at time of booking.
If the package booked is not on prepaid or non-refundable terms or no-modification conditions, you may amend the booking via our hotel's website according to the booking terms.
For bookings made through other channels, kindly refer to your source of booking for any modification request.
What is the maximum number of persons allowed to stay in one room?
The maximum room capacity per room is as follows for your easy reference :

Deluxe room / Premier room / Executive room : maximum 3 persons (2 adults and 1 child)
Premier Family Suite : maximum 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.
Deluxe Suite / Premier Suite / Miramar Suite : maximum 3 persons (2 adults and 1 child)
What is the hotel's policy on age limits for children and infants?
Child's age is from 12 years old and under. Infants up to 2 years old are allowed to stay free.
Maximum of 1 child up to age of 12 years old is allowed to stay for free using existing bedding (either 1 Double bed or 2 Single beds) in room.
Extra rollaway bed for child is charged the same rate as an adult.
What is the cost for one extra rollaway bed?
Extra rollaway bed is charged at $70.00 per bed per night, subject to further 10% service charge and 9% tax.
Do you provide baby cot?
Complimentary baby cot for infant is on request basis and subject to availability.
I have a reservation under my name, are third parties allowed to check in for me?
No, all reservations are registered according to guest's name provided at time of confirmation.
Guest is required to check in personally with passport and/or NRIC (Singapore Identity Card).
Can I pay my room in different currency?
Our hotel's transactions and billings are in Singapore Dollars only.
Payment in foreign currency will be converted to Singapore Dollars based on our hotel's currency exchange rate for the day.

Does the room rate on your hotel's website include breakfast?
Our hotel's website offers packages for rooms with breakfast, and rooms only. Please refer to the details of each offer package on our website.
What are the official standard times for guest check-in and check-out?
The official standard time for check-in is from 1400 hours (2pm) onwards, and check-out time is on or before 1200 hours (12pm).
Are there any charges for early check-in prior to the official standard check-in time?
To ensure your room is ready for early check in before 10:00 hours (10am), it is recommended to pre-block your room 1 night before check-in in order to secure your room for an early check-in. An additional 1 night's cost will be implemented for pre-block purposes.

For early arrivals at our hotel after 1000 hours (10am) to 1400 hours (2pm), early check-in on complimentary basis is on request and is subject to room availability at the time of check-in.
What are the charges for late check-out on the day of departure?
For late check-outs till 1800 hours (6pm), a 50% charge of room rate is payable.
For extended stays after 6pm, a full night's charge will apply.
Prepayment at our Reception is required for late check-out purposes.
Is there a room rate for short stay or day use only?
No, our hotel does not provide room rates for day use or short stay. The minimum charge per room booking is from 1 room night and above.
Are King beds available in the rooms?
King beds are available in all room categories. Request on type of beddings is subject to availability.
Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
Yes, our hotel has rooms with bathtub. Request is subject to availability.
Do you have rooms with a walk-in showers?
Yes, our hotel has rooms with walk-in shower. Request is subject to availability.
Do you have hairdryer in the room?
Yes, hair dryer is provided in our rooms.
Do you have non-smoking or smoking rooms?
Yes, our hotel has both non-smoking and smoking rooms in Deluxe and Premier room categories.
Non-smoking or smoking room requests are subject to availability.
Do you have safety deposit box available in guestroom?
Yes, all guest rooms are equipped with an in-room safety deposit box.
Do you have fridge with freezer in the room?
A guest rooms comes with a mini-fridge without a freezer compartment.
Do you have interconnecting rooms?
Yes, our hotel has interconnecting rooms, and request is subject to availability.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi? Is free Wi-Fi included with all room reservation through hotel official website?
Yes, all reservations come with complimentary Wi-Fi during the stay period.
Do you have rooms for disabled/wheelchair dependent persons?
Our hotel does not have a guest room which is equipped for disabled or wheelchair-dependent guests.
